Local Law Enforcement Visits Minneapolis Grade School
about 2 years ago, Kat Shaft
Kindergarten kids discussed when to call 911 and how to call 911! Thank you, Officers! We love our Community Helpers!
Students got to learn about their vehicles and uniforms.
Mrs. Shaft’s Kindergarten Class met with local law enforcement.
Officers had a student make a practice call to 911 and got to speak to dispatch. Thank you, Cindy!
The kindergarten classes had visitors today. Ottawa County Deputy Vancovern and Minneapolis Police Officers spent some time with MGS Kindergarteners. They talked about being safe, using "911" and the jobs of Law Enforcement Officers. The kids looked at equipment and asked lots of questions. Thank you to the Law Enforcement and Deputy Vancovern for making it available to our kids! #minneapolisrocks
