Kindergarten Signing Day was a success! These future cubs are ready for next year!


MHS choir preformed at Large Group contest today and received all 1 ratings from the judges. 🎶🎼

Lady Lions erupt in the top of 9th for 4 runs and defeat Beloit 7-3.
Lions and Trojans softball is heading to extra innings at 3 apiece.
MHS baseball drops game one to Beloit ; 1-16 in 4 innings.
Freshman Cael Marsh earned 3rd place in the small school division & 4th overall out of 25 teams at State Science Olympiad. #LionPride

Today's baseball/softball games are postponed for Friday, April 4 vs Lyons. New date will be announced next week.

We had the pleasure of having Dr. R. Christopher Teichler from Tabor College come to MHS to work with the high school band. We played "Gateway Overture" written by Dr. Teichler and he gave us some insight on composing music.



Thank you to CAPS, Miss Vicki Price, and Happy Bear for visiting our school! Students learned some very important skills about listening to our feelings, learning about good touch/bad touch, and how to get help.







Budding Bookworms Story Time, look at those precious baby chicks we made this week. Join us next Wednesday 10am. Collaboration between Minneapolis Public Library and Parents as Teachers.


CNA students participate in Doc for a Day hosted by KU Salina Medical School.




MHS softball play a clean game and shutout Sacred Heart 8-0. Game 2 coming up.
Baseball and softball game times are moved up by one hour. 3pm starts. Softball is on Bill Burke #6 and baseball is on Pestinger Field, just north of Dean Evans.
Today's track meet at Clay Center has adjusted the running time to begin 30 min early. Field events still begin at 3pm, running will start at 4:30.
Kindergarten Roundup is just around the corner! We look forward to meeting our Future Lions!
