Changes Announced for MJH Athletes Traveling to Washington
According to MJSHS Athletic Director Terry Moeckel, a few changes have been made to the format for Thursday, September 2, when the MJH volleyball and football teams travel to Washington for their first games of the season. The "B" team football game will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by the "A" team football game at 6:30 p.m. There will be no 5th quarter. Students at MGS will notice changes in the schedule for 2010-2011. In an effort to address academic concerns in Reading and Math, each classroom will provide 90 minutes of Core Instruction in Reading and 60 minutes of Core Instruction in Math every day.
